Jack “Rattler” Owen is a Navy pilot on a combat deployment struggling with life at sea. Treason Flight for me was an engrossing read that enthralled me from the very first page to the very last; I struggled to put this book down because I desperately wanted to know what was going to happen to the novel’s memorable protagonist and I felt this way thanks to the author’s incredible writing that compelled me to read non-stop! T.R. Matson is a talented and well-accomplished author, and his work is gripping as well as riveting and that is why I already have to recommend this novel to you lovely readers! Treason Flight is a military thriller full of twists and turns galore that will take its readers on a journey of ups and downs that will thrill and entertain you from start to finish! The reader in Treason Flight will be introduced to the protagonist of the novel, Jack “Rattler” Owen, a Navy pilot who is known well amongst the ranks after saving an aircraft and its crew. The reader will follow Jack as he is deployed and although his deployment starts our normal, it soon gets complicated. Jack will soon learn that someone is after him and this forces Jack to make some life-changing and deadly decisions and this book lovers is the premise of the incredible Treason Flight!
The tale of Treason Flight is gripping, shocking, and let’s not forget thrilling! This story truly did astound me with its captivating narration and thrilling plotline in which many twists and turns occur. As well as it being an excellent, gritty novel, it is also a unique, diverse one and I have to say that I adored this because I was getting very tired of reading the same old military action books so thank you, T.R. Matson for writing a novel that is fresh, exciting and gripping!
T.R. Matson can only be described as a talented, accomplished writer who knows what a reader wants in a great story. As I read Treason Flight, I read every sentence slowly so that I could absorb all of the book’s information; I felt as if I was there and it made for an immersive reading experience. T.R. Matson is an excellent writer who is well accomplished, and his work astounded me from the very beginning thanks to his original plot, as well as his compelling protagonist that in turn made me invest in the story even more!
To conclude my thoughts on the captivating novel that is Treason Flight, I would say if you are bored with the same old books then take a chance with this gem because you will not be disappointed. It has everything you would want in a great story, and that is spine-tingling good content, dynamic, memorable characters, and a brilliant author. Treason Flight gets five stars from me, book lovers!
