Human Flesh is quite simply one of the most exciting, incredible, horror-inspired books I have ever read. Human Flesh has astounded me; I enjoyed every single moment of the book because it was by far a perfect and unique read. The wonderful author of the novel, Nick Clausen is a real literary talent because he managed to captivate and enthrall me from the very beginning. To be honest, a part of me was always going to love this book because I love reading books with horror/crime themes in particular, but even if I did not enjoy horror, I would still love this book because it has everything a reader would want and more that will keep the reader happy in bliss!
Human Flesh is an exceptional novel that will take readers on a journey, unlike no other. In Human Flesh, the reader will learn of strange and unusual happenings that took place in 2017 during the winter and will also learn that these occurrences that took place in Northern Maine were never solved. However, evidence on this case, known as the Freyston case has now been released to the public, and the reader will be granted a unique story told through written evidence that will thrill, shock and captivate readers and this book lovers is the premise of the incredible Human Flesh!
The story of Human Flesh is a sensational one because it encompasses everything good about literature. It has an outlandish, brave plot, enthralling characters, and an incredibly well thought out backstory that will keep the reader wanting to read for hours on end. Human Flesh is a unique and special book; it is special for the obvious reasons… that it encompasses everything great about the written word, but it is unique because of the plot. The plot of this novel is something I have never read of or heard of before, it reads like a movie, and you can imagine the details in perfect glory.
Nick Clausen is a phenomenal writer because he is dedicated to his work as well as passionate about sharing incredible stories with readers, and this is clear in his literature. Clausen’s passion shines off the page and into the reader’s mind. His sometimes lengthy, beautiful descriptions will send the readers mind into visual overdrive, the reader will be able to perfectly imagine every detail the reader comes across and that in my opinion, is the sign of a talented author.
To conclude my thoughts on the brilliant piece of literature that is Human Flesh, I would say if you are looking for a thrilling crime/horror novel that is unlike anything you have read… a read that will keep you entertained for hours on end as well as enthrall you then this superb book is for you! Human Flesh gets five stars from me book lovers!
