Never before have I read such an imaginative and mysterious collection of stories and that is one of the many reasons I have fallen in love with this book! As well as this, the stories the reader will read are incredibly exciting as well as unpredictable and will have readers guessing from start to finish! The first story A Unity of Balance will introduce the reader to Immilla, a witch practicing dark magic that has impacted her life. My Salvation follows Marcus, a campfire, and the final story The Path to Redemption, will introduce the reader to Nadine, who is stuck between heaven and hell. The reader will follow these characters on a dark and twisty turny story that will leave you both breathless and wanting more, and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible A Darker Demise!

A Darker Demise is a sensational book with many thought-provoking moments and different elements throughout. The exceptional author M.C. Ryder has managed to flawlessly weave numerous themes into her book, and weaves them into her stories and with her characters and it made for an addictive read!
As well as all of this, I adored how the author took me on a journey of different emotions with each story and managed to keep me captivated with each one! M.C. Ryder managed to unfold her stories at a perfect pace, keeping the reader intrigued but also moved! And this is one of the main reasons I have fallen in love with this book and why I would recommend it to all readers! It truly made for a stellar read, one that was easy to get lost in thanks to the easy-to-read nature of each story, and the wonderful literature courtesy of M.C. Ryder!
