The reader will be taken on a journey through time from the seventeenth century to the twentieth and will learn of a Book of Shadows that ties them all. Sarah, a young woman discovers this inherited book and decides to investigate it and its history and it takes her on a journey to Austria, and will learn of a family history that links to the witch trials. Sarah’s journey is packed full of history about the persecution of witches and many revelations are revealed especially about her family history and it makes for an unforgettable and thrilling read that shouldn’t be missed, and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible The Witches of Riegersburg!
The Witches of Riegersburg is an incredible novel that has an in-depth plot, and I have to say, I adore this! Julie Anne Stratton is an incredible author for her ability to write such an in-depth novel and she is a brilliant talent for her ability to grab the reader’s attention effortlessly and quickly! I found the plot of this book to be captivating, it absorbed me very early on and I never once got bored. This again is all thanks to Julie Anne Stratton and her great talent for writing historical fiction with a twist! Stratton truly is an incredible author who has created a fantastic, brilliant story and it is evident to me that Stratton has invested an enormous amount of time into her novel because it is perfectly executed and full of vibrant, descriptive scenes and well-developed characters!
The Witches of Riegersburg has everything the reader would want in a read and so much more; it has spine-tingling good content, dynamic, memorable characters, an incredible author who writes beautifully and wonderfully so, and lastly it is an all-around, entertaining, unforgettable read!
To summarize my thoughts on the incredible novel that is The Witches of Riegersburg; I would say if you are a reader who is tired of reading lackluster novels then take a chance with The Witches of Riegersburg because I promise you now that you will not be disappointed!
