Zoey Wonders Why is a beautiful and captivating children’s book that explores cultural diversity through the eyes of the star of the book, five-year-old Zoey. Zoey is a young girl with a diverse background with Pakistani and African heritage which leads to many wonderful traditions and yummy foods in her home! However, Zoey soon feels overwhelmed by her cultural diversity when she is asked to talk about her culture in class and she is unsure what culture to present to her fellow kindergarteners. The reader will follow Zoey as she embarks on a journey, exploring her diverse background as she tries to conquer her fears and show her friends the beauty of her diversity and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible Zoey Wonders Why!

Nadia Khan is an exceptional author thanks to her impeccably well-developed story, but she is also an excellent writer thanks to the themes she explores throughout her book! I believe all children will adore this story, especially those that have a diverse cultural background thanks to the original story that combines many poignant and entertaining themes! As well as this Zoey Wonders Why reads flawlessly with no use of complicated language; instead, it is written in an easy-to-read and stunning way that will captivate and alight young readers’ minds with amazement as well as inspire them at the same time.

The story of Zoey Wonders Why itself is outstanding and full of a host of poignant themes and messages thanks to the exceptional author Nadia Khan. Khan throughout her book explores many topics and themes throughout her book, and all these themes are perfectly weaved together into one mesmerizing read, and the result is a delightful book that all children should read or be read!
