The Fated Ones is a book I was keen to read ever since discovering it because I always love to find novels with unique fantasy themes so when I discovered The Fated Ones I thought ‘Is this finally the perfect book?!’. Now that I have finished The Fated Ones, I can happily write that yes it is book lovers. The Fated Ones is an exceptionally well-written and well-developed story and that is why I already have to recommend you lovely readers have a read! However, if you need more convincing then continue to read to learn more!
The Fated Ones is a sensational novel that will introduce the reader to the protagonist of the novel, Nessa, a twenty-three-year-old virgin latent wolf who lives in the continent of Tellus, a continent that has seen war for over five hundred years. This war despite it ravaging the land and taking many lives, hasn’t affected Nessa up until now as she lives far from the war and struggles with her own personal battle.
Nessa being a latent wolf and unable to shift, brings great challenges to her and must fight to be respected in the pack. However, her life changes forever when a mission goes awry and she is forced to make an impossible decision. The reader will follow Nessa as she embarks on a journey that changes her life and it is here, she meets a non-binary, genderfluid dragon fae called Skye and together they will unearth secrets and fight against the backdrop of war and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible The Fated Ones!
The Fated Ones is a thrilling novel thanks to the enthralling and action-packed moments as well as the unpredictable nature of the book that will have the readers turning the pages with haste from beginning to end. I love books that involve a journey because usually in these stories the character develops and grows as they overcome events which in turn adds to the development of the character and explores life lessons throughout the book and that is most certainly the case with The Fated Ones!
The story of The Fated Ones is quite simply amazing; amazing however is just one of the words I would use to describe The Fated Ones as it is so much more than this. It is a thrilling, heart-warming, addictive, and entertaining novel that will have you compelled as well as captivated from the start. Kennedi Morgan’s novel keeps its readers guessing and I challenge you readers to guess where the plot goes when you read this excellent book, I would be interested if you were able to guess the outcome correctly!
Kennedi Morgan is an incredibly talented and excellent author who clearly knows how to write unique but engaging stories. It was evident to me from the start that Morgan is a passionate writer who surely loves entertaining readers with her literature and putting a smile on readers’ faces. I loved this about the author, but what I loved the most about Morgan’s writing was her remarkable descriptions because they genuinely amazed me.
Fantasy stories in general are challenging to write because you have to transport the reader quickly and effortlessly, but sadly this is rarely accomplished but not with The Fated Ones. The Fated Ones is the way it is because Morgan knows what she is doing!
To conclude my thoughts on the wonderful The Fated Ones, The Fated Ones is a marvelous, stellar, and supreme book that will entertain, delight as well as charm readers!
