Readers that love unique fantasy are going to love The Battle of Guiniloupay! The Battle of Guiniloupay has to be one of the most unique but incredible, entertaining epic fantasy novels I have ever had the pleasure of reading. The story is bold and somewhat peculiar but there is beauty in the peculiarity, and courageous stories always make for entertaining reading!! I love books that push the boundaries and books that fall outside of the norm so already I have to applaud the incredible author Joseph Brown for writing such an excellent story that will inevitably be stuck in readers minds for a long time.
The Battle of Guiniloupay is set in a fantasy land that follows a civilization of guinea pigs as they are invaded by vicious mice who have the intent to cause destruction and devastation in their path. The guinea pigs lived in harmony for a long time and they had everything they needed, water, farmland and much more necessities and this settlement of there’s became a city called Guiniloupay. However, one day a group of penguins arrive, and they have shocking information to share with the guinea pigs; the story is that of mice, vicious mice with war tendencies are making their way to Guiniloupay to conquer the guinea pigs land, and so the epic tale begins. The reader will follow the guinea pigs and the penguins as they form an alliance to defeat and destroy the mice before the mice conquer. The result is an epic, action-packed story that will entertain readers for many hours on end… I know I was!
The story of The Battle of Guiniloupay is of course incredibly unique, but I adored the unique twist that featured animals instead of humans. I have read so many military-style fantasy reads so it is refreshing to read a book with a unique premise as it will change the genre of fantasy and invigorate readers minds for a long time. Although The Battle of Guiniloupay may seem like a children’s novel, it is, in fact, an adult one and adults, regardless of the animal factor, will adore it as it is an entertaining, action-packed military novel.
Joseph Brown, the author of The Battle of Guiniloupay, is an incredible and visionary talent who has managed to write a story unlike anything before. The story throughout this book is one that will alight readers minds with excitement as the descriptive power of Brown’s words are so vivid that it will leave a lasting impression on readers minds for a long time. As well as Joseph Brown being incredibly descriptive with his work, he is also phenomenal at creating and building suspense throughout his book. As I read The Battle of Guiniloupay my heart was in my mouth with both shock and amazement as I had no idea what was going to happen and that is the pure beauty of Brown’s literature.
As The Battle of Guiniloupay is a stellar, exciting and unforgettable read that will charm and excite readers, I have no choice but to award this action-packed epic fantasy tale five stars! So please, if you are a reader looking for an incredible and mesmerizing book, then The Battle of Guiniloupay is for you!
