Stressed Out for me is an exceptional self-help and motivational book thanks to the wide variety of useful topics as well as how easy the tips are to implement in your own life. What I adored about this book too is that the author never once is preachy, instead, he subtly suggests ways we can improve certain aspects of our lives to better ourselves, and it makes for an incredibly moving read that will never once pressure you and that to me is very important in a self-help book!

Max Sampson is not only an incredible man for his wealth of knowledge laced throughout his book, but he also is for his exceptional literature that flows beautifully throughout. Sadly many self-help books are not written well because although the author in question has the knowledge, they do not know how to inform and captivate the reader, but Max Sampson does. Sampson will captivate, inspire, and compel readers from start to finish with his knowledge, advice, and captivating literature.
