The story that unfolds throughout the book is captivating and kept me hooked for hours and this is thanks to the well-developed plot and phenomenal literature courtesy of the author Kathleen Reid! Reid’s literature is stunning and full of believable characters and plenty of excitement that will keep you turning the pages with haste. For so long, I have read books that are quite oppressive so to read a novel that was the perfect escape that took me on an uplifting and exciting journey was incredible. The journey the reader encounters is a mesmerizing one, especially thanks to the descriptions of paintings that leave you in awe and I loved following the core characters of the novel on their journey. Secrets in the Palazzo indeed was a captivating read and the mix of romance with mystery was perfect and made me fall in love with this book!
