A short while ago I read and reviewed a marvelous book called Queen Vernita Conquers the Volcanic Islands which is written by the equally remarkable author, Dawn Menge. The story is a bewitching one full of breathtaking events and poignant messages that will have the reader’s mind full of wonder. The story was so radiant that upon finishing it, I immediately wanted to read another book featuring Queen Vernita and so I did and started reading Queen Vernita Visits Gator Country and wow what a great book!
Before I let you lovely readers know more about Queen Vernita Visits Gator Country, I think it is only right that I share more about the first Queen Vernita book I read! So I have attached a snippet of my review that will introduce you to this excellent series.

Queen Vernita learns all about slavery, the plantations and the effects of it all, but also about the power of what Jazz holds in the south as well as the Bayou and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible Queen Vernita Visits Gator Country!
The story laced throughout Queen Vernita Visits Gator Country is pure adventure and entertainment and will send readers wild because the adventure laced throughout the book is mesmerizing! Dawn Menge is an incredible writer because she knows what to write to entertain and keep her readers thrilled until the very end. Menge has many strong writing abilities, but her core talent has to be that of world development. The development of the story in Queen Vernita Visits Gator Country is breathtaking and will be able to flawlessly transport the reader to the deep south and it makes for a captivating journey!
To conclude, Queen Vernita, Visits Gator Country is a fascinating, mesmerizing and riveting story that should not be missed, I, of course, have to award the stellar read five stars!
