The book is not just for those that want to feel better with their diet, but it is also great for those that want a deeper understanding of healthy eating. The reason I mention this is because it shows us that the author is talented and has a vast amount of knowledge and is dedicated to helping readers from all backgrounds and lifestyles and that to me is really special!
Sudhir Ahluwalia is not only phenomenal for his wealth of knowledge, but he also is for his exceptional literature that flows beautifully throughout. Sadly many health and well-being books are not written well because although the author in question has the knowledge, they do not know how to inform and captivate the reader, but Sudhir does!
To conclude my thoughts on Nutrition Facts, I would say this book is an inspiring, enlightening and informative book that will delight, entertain and change people’s lives!
