Meditate is a book I was happy to discover because many people suffer from mental health issues and generally struggle with mental health most days and Meditate provides a solution to this through the power of meditation! Meditate is an incredible self-help/wellbeing book written by Talwinder Sidhu, and in his book, he shares ways we can deal with mental health issues through meditation. In Meditate, the reader will learn about mediation, the benefits of it as well as how to actually do it! As Talwinder Sidhu shares the easy to follow steps on how to start practicing mediation and what follows is an incredible and informative guide that should not be missed!

The knowledge and wisdom courtesy of Talwinder Sidhu laced throughout the book impressed me continuously because just when I thought Sidhu could not have any more knowledge, he surprised me and expanded on his wealth of knowledge even more! Talwinder Sidhu is not only a phenomenal man for his wealth of knowledge, but he also is for his exceptional literature that flows beautifully throughout. Sadly many self-help books are not written well because although the author in question has the knowledge or experience, they do not know how to inform and captivate the reader, but Sidhu does.
From the start, Talwinder Sidhu managed to captivate me and compel me to turn the pages with haste thanks to the intrigue, knowledge, and incredible personality. Sidhu is also a passionate writer who is clearly dedicated to helping his readers and bettering people’s lives, and this will be evident to the reader from beginning to end.
To conclude my thoughts on the wonderful book that is Meditate, I would say Meditate is an inspiring, enlightening, and informative book that will delight, entertain, and change people’s lives and so I have to award this stellar book five stars!
