The knowledge and wisdom courtesy of the author laced throughout the book impressed me continuously because just when I thought Mirley could not have any more knowledge, she surprised me and expanded on her wealth of knowledge even more! The book is not just for those that want to feel better, but it is also great for those that want a deeper understanding of how to make healthy delicious meals. The reason I mention this is because it shows us that the author is talented and has a vast amount of knowledge and is dedicated to helping readers from all backgrounds and lifestyles and that to me is really special.
Meal Makeover Boot Camp is the perfect health and wellbeing and meal prep book, and that is thanks to its wide variety of topics which are useful and practical. What I love about the author’s literature is that Mirley is never once preachy; instead, she wonderfully shares her knowledge with her readers and suggests ways we can improve certain aspects of our diet and how in turn it will help us achieve optimum health. Throughout the book, many memorable and informative moments are laced throughout the book, so much so that the reader will find themselves bookmarking certain pages and re-reading sections… this is exactly what I did!
Mirley Guerra Graf is not only phenomenal for her wealth of knowledge, but she also is for her exceptional literature that flows beautifully throughout. Sadly many health and well-being books are not written well because although the author in question has the knowledge, they do not know how to inform and captivate the reader, but Mirley does.
Overall Meal Makeover Boot Camp is an inspiring, enlightening and informative book that will delight, entertain and change peoples lives and so I have to award this stellar book five stars!
