Professor Mary Kelso heads up a research team that has developed
a cure for all cancers, after years of research and hard work.
Her triumph is short lived as, when she takes this cure to her boss at
MPharma, he is less than enthusiastic, a cure for all types of cancer
will adversely and drastically affect their bottom line.
Her insistence on going public sets her against the bosses of the major
pharmaceutical companies. When her dedicated team are killed in a
gas explosion, in her laboratory which was supposed to kill her as well,
she realises that her life is in grave danger.
Turning to friends for help, the danger from these global corporations
escalates to a situation where all their lives are on the line. The friends
who are helping her are very capable and resourceful people who once
they get Mary to a safe place start to look into the background of these
companies. Their investigations reveal an even bigger conspiracy.
One designed to take control of the world’s major resources, giving
them the ability to subjugate and control the majority of the world’s population.

K2 is a thrilling novel that will excite readers from start to finish thanks to the captivating story that takes the reader on an exciting and thrilling journey. K2 for me was an engrossing read that enthralled me from the very first page to the very last; I struggled to put this book down because I desperately wanted to know what was going to happen to the novel’s memorable characters and I felt this way thanks to the author’s incredible writing that compelled me to read. Lewis Clements is a talented and well-accomplished author, and his work is gripping as well as riveting and holds a host of fantastic characters that will all spark opinions! That is why I already have to recommend this novel to you lovely readers to read, but if you need more convincing, then continue to read to learn more about the incredible K2!

K2 is a thrilling novel full of twists and turns galore that will take its readers on a journey of ups and downs that will thrill and entertain from start to finish! The reader in K2 will be introduced to the protagonist of the novel, Professor Mary Kelso who along with her research team has finally developed a cure for all cancers after much trial and error.

What should be an incredible achievement, is soon squashed when her boss at MPharma wants to keep her from going public…after all, it is bad for business and so our story begins. The reader will follow Kelso as her world is turned upside down and when her team is killed in a gas explosion she knows her life is in danger and what follows is a shocking and thought-provoking thriller that shouldn’t be missed!

The tale of K2 is gripping, shocking, and let’s not forget thrilling! This novel truly did astound me with its captivating narration and thrilling plotline in which many twists and turns occur. As well as it being an excellent, gritty novel, it is also a unique, diverse one which is unlike your typical thriller and I have to say that I adored this because I was getting very tired of reading the same old books so thank you, Lewis Clements, for writing a novel that is fresh, exciting and gripping!

Lewis Clements can only be described as a talented, accomplished writer who knows what a reader wants in a great novel. As I read K2, I read every sentence slowly so that I could absorb all of the novel’s information; I felt as if I was there and it made for an immersive reading experience. Clements is an excellent writer who is well accomplished, and his work astounded me from the very beginning thanks to his original plot, as well as his compelling characters that in turn made me invest in the story even more!

To conclude my thoughts on the captivating novel that is K2, I would say if you are bored with the same old books then take a chance with this gem because you will not be disappointed. It has everything you would want in a great story, and that is spine-tingling good content, dynamic, memorable characters, and a brilliant author. K2 gets five stars from me, book lovers!
