This phenomenal book has stolen my heart and run off with it; the brilliant story of First Death is captivating and full of many moments that will keep you in awe from start to finish. Books of this nature make for fantastic reads, and they make an even better read when the author is an excellent writer and knows what they are doing! That is why I was so pleased when I started to read this story because the author’s writing captured my attention from the first page. Kyona Jiles is the author of First Death, and in her book, she gives her readers everything they would want and more.
Kyona Jiles’s book First Death is full of excellent characterization, a captivating and fast-paced story, and of course, stunning literature that will have you thinking of it after you put the book down! First Death is the incredible first book in the Vampire Shadower series by Kyone Jiles and Jiles wastes no time thrusting the reader headfirst into her story! In First Death, the reader will meet the protagonist of the tale, Kinsley Preston whose life is turned upside down when she unexpectedly inherits the mysterious ‘Book of Protection.’ Suddenly, her ordinary life becomes far from ordinary as she is plunged into a hidden world of vampires, shape-shifters, and ancient secrets.
The reader will follow Kinsley along with her best friend Rachel and her Aunt Marie as she embarks on a journey full of twists and turns galore as she is thrust even deeper into a world she never knew existed. What follows is a shocking tale that explores a legacy that will change Kinsley’s life forever and the result is an unforgettable story filled with enthralling moments and this book lovers is the short premise of the wonderful First Death!
If you are looking for an action-packed novel full of fantasy, poignancy, and action then the entertaining First Death is for you! First Death has all of this, and so much more, its story is quite simply brilliant and will leave you wanting more. First Death makes for the perfect read to keep you company for a few evenings and is wonderfully written and stands out amongst the norm of the genre and it makes for a book that should not be missed!
Kyona Jiles can only be described as a talented writer, the finest kind who is imaginative as well as passionate; these are two qualities I look for in an author, and Jiles certainly has them! Jiles’s words were exceptional and very addictive and always kept me guessing about what was going to happen to the characters I had grown to love, as well as the outcome of the story.
To conclude my thoughts on the fantastic First Death, I would say if you are looking for a unique book full of many moving, captivating, and memorable moments as well as perfect characterization and phenomenal writing, then First Death is for you! First Death is, of course, going to get five stars from me! So be sure to have a read of this book and keep an eye out for my next review of Jile’s book Second Chance!
