RED HEADED BOOK LOVER

Eat Now! Microgreen Soups: 15 Savory Low Fat Pocket Recipes, Andrew Neves

Microgreens have become popular in North America, North Europe, Asia, and Oceania. And more and more chefs, are preparing more and more dishes, that cater to more and more health-conscious consumers like you, who are particularly attentive to your diet (antioxidants, phytochemicals, vitamins), food quality, and healthy living.

But chefs are still only using microgreens to “enhance” salads or as edible garnishes to embellish a wide variety of other dishes.

And if you scour the Internet, but for the infrequent exception, everybody discourages “cooking” microgreens because they say you lose nutritional value.

But no one seems to have quantified just “how much do you lose?”

So, I set out to find out because I wanted your 15 Microgreen Soup Recipes to be indeed savory, tasty, and nutritious.

Eat Now! Microgreen Soups is a powerful, informative, and memorable health and wellbeing/recipe book that compelled me to read as well as informed me from beginning to end thanks to the books insightful and useful knowledge as well as incredible recipes listed throughout!

Eat Now! Microgreen Soups is a book I was happy to discover because in the description of the book many topics are explored that would apply to my life as well as many people I know and readers in general. As the author describes in his description, microgreens have become very popular of late all around the world, with more and more dishes including them. However, the wonderful author Andrew Neves points out that many people think they should not be cooked as they lose nutritional value. But Neves in his book has put together 15 microgreen soup recipes for us readers that are healthy, tasty, but also, incredibly nutritious! And so Eat Now! Microgreen Soups is a book that belongs to every health-conscious reader.

Eat Now! Microgreen Soups is an incredible recipe book written by the incredible author Andrew Neaves who from start to finish helps his readers with his knowledge on microgreens and great recipes! The knowledge and wisdom courtesy of the author Andrew Neves laced throughout the book impressed me continuously and the recipes were truly wonderful and easy for every reader to have a go at!

Eat Now! Microgreen Soups in my opinion is a perfect health and wellbeing/recipe book, and that is thanks to its wide variety of knowledge as well as the wonderful recipes that are nutritious and delicious! What I love about the author’s literature too is that Neves is never once preachy; instead, he wonderfully shares his knowledge with his readers so that readers can make informed decisions about microgreens and so on which is great!

Andrew Neves is not only a phenomenal writer for his wealth of knowledge, but he also is for his exceptional literature that flows beautifully throughout. Sadly many health and wellbeing/recipe books are not written well because although the author in question has the knowledge, they do not know how to inform and captivate the reader, but Neves sure does!

Overall Eat Now! Microgreen Soups is an incredible, enlightening, and informative book that will delight, entertain and captivate readers and so I have to award this stellar book five stars! Be sure to have a read of the preview below book lovers, you won’t regret it!
