It is here that we meet Junaluska and her son, Henry, who is the reluctant heir to the family business. Because of this Junaluska agrees for her son to be mentored while she spends her free time exploring and finding new inspiration for business ideas of her own.

However it was a different time for women and she risks family disapproval with her business idea but finds a confidant in Henry’s mentor. The main reason is that Keeling’s literature is detailed in the most immaculate of ways, the text is detailed but not heavy, and it is beautifully written so that the reader will be able to immerse themselves in the story from beginning to end without difficulty.

While reading Dream City Dreaming, the reader will be able to feel Cindy Angell Keeling’s pursuit of literary perfection and her drive to entertain readers.
