The reader will follow Michael on his downward spiral to a life-changing moment in which he wakes up from a blackout binge to find himself with a bullet in his arm with no idea how it got there. This forces Michael on a journey to uncover what happened which takes him on a dark and twisty turny journey with a supernatural twist, and this book lovers is the short premise of the incredible Double Vision!

The story of Double Vision captivated me from the first page thanks to the book’s sharp literature and strong opening. The reader thanks to the exceptional author Hamelin Bird will be thrust into the action early on thanks to Bird’s fast-paced narrative. The fast-paced narrative combined with the extraordinary story had me in a frenzy and turning the pages with haste, and when a reader does this, then they know that the book is good and worthy of a recommendation! Hamelin Bird is not only a phenomenal writer for his flawless ability to capture his reader’s attention, but he is also a great writer for his descriptive powers and characterization of characters which will hook his readers!

Hamelin Bird is a phenomenal writer who knows how to grasp his reader’s attention from the first page. Bird instead of writing long, drawn-out builds up which are commonly found in most novels, decides to ditch this approach and thrust his reader into the heart of the story straight away so that the reader is instantly captivated and immersed and it made for a thrilling read!
