This story involves a young man who, while in the army, encountered a group of church members, who arranged a marriage between him and a young woman. He later realized that the church and his wife were very dark. In time, he and his wife left the church, but not before a series of rather strange and bizarre psychological thriller and suspense-based events took place that plagued him. In time he gathered enough strength prior to meeting a business and ladies’ man that helped him position himself to live a stronger and brighter life. He finally meets a woman of his choosing which proved to be the start of a life worthy of having left behind what he encountered previously. This is the beginning of a series of life as seen through the eyes of Benjamin.

To kick this off here is an author bio about the wonderful Benjamin Brasford!
Benjamin Brasford, military veteran, father of three, author, blogger, and thinker is the author of “The Life of Benjamin Samuel Brasford,” a book that begins a series, The Work, that focuses on life through the careful interweaving of various subjects for the purposes of connecting dots from a pragmatic point of view. Benjamin focuses primarily on the fundamental nuts and bolts of life, while also demonstrating careful approaches and methodology to spiritual matters, Christian and non-Christian.
The Work Series comes from the perspective of a teacher teaching teachers. It implies the utilization of sound methods of obtaining useful information from several directions and proper application of such in an effort to live life more successfully. Focusing on the reasoning process to strengthen ones emotional and spiritual state.
Benjamin was a long time Christian of several different denominations over the years, embarked upon a journey of studying several disciplines that Christian churches normally deem unsuitable for Christians in general. He has become an auto-didact from meticulous researches into history, psychology, religion, finance, economics, business, evolution, anthropology, and romantic and non-romantic relationships. All of this he accomplished while still becoming an avid bird watcher, occasional fisherman, and frequent traveler to various U.S. states and cities, and foreign countries.
Benjamin has decided to write from various perspectives to include fiction, non-fiction, and academic. He delivers a message of hope to a world that is in constant search to move forward while utilizing healthy and productive ways. He focuses on the whole man/woman and not only a part of him/her. One area should not be sacrificed for another. Neither should one person.

Thank you for joining us today at Red Headed Book Lover! Please tell us more about yourself
I am an everyday person, who, after some unique experiences, decided to begin to write about them. I began to write about what I experienced and what I learned. I’m a father of three. I like heady subjects, bird watching, lots of reading, and computers.
Could you please tell us readers about your book and what inspired you to write your book?
My book presents a brief sketch of my childhood and early adulthood, which culminates at the point where I get married. I got married to a woman who I did not know, neither did she know me, based upon promises and beliefs made by preachers that lived and delivered quite contrary messages. What inspired me to write the book was that over time I began to make positive changes coupled with hope, and I wanted to pass that on to others. I wanted others to know that they could better their own lives instead of waiting on God or others to do it for them.
What would your advice be for aspiring writers?
For aspiring writers, I would say write. Get a journal, an iPad, a tablet, a laptop, etc. Keep one of these near you and when the ideas come, write them down. Telling aspiring writers about rules of writing is good too. However, no matter how well you are at grammar and other things, talk to five different editors and you will get five different styles of editing. Focus on writing.
In your opinion, what is the most important thing about a book?
The most important thing about my book is the point where I meet the mystery man D. That was a time where it was as if an older version of myself met the younger version of myself and propelled me into positivity and actually becoming a benefit to others. Meeting Sakaya was a good point as well, but it was vital that I had dealt with enough of my issues before I was going to be a viable mate for her.
What is your writing process like?
My writing process entails outlining, studying, drafting, and writing. I often will get the hard copy of a work and then get an electronic version so that I can capture by copying and pasting into Microsoft Word, what jumps out at me.
Do you have a set schedule for writing, or do you only write when you feel inspired?
I do have a set schedule to write but also write when I am inspired. I try to set days for research, and then days for writing. I leave myself open for when inspiration hits me.
Do you read much and if so who are your favorite authors?
I am an avid reader. I read books related to psychology, sociology, religion, history, economics, and finance. I even read books on biology, evolution, relationships, and sex. Among my favorite authors are Carroll Quigley, Ludwig von Mises, Horace Butler, Stephanie Coontz, D. M. Murdock a.k.a. Acharya S., and John Perkins.
Lastly, when can we readers expect to read more wonderful books from you?
The next work that we will be releasing is projected to be available around June 2019. This book will cover what is discussed in chapter 6 of book one. It is an expansion and explanation of how I was able to truly move forward, even prior to meeting the mystery man D. I think people will truly appreciate it.
