It was an incredible and insightful journey that children will remember for a long time as well as the messages laced throughout the book. If you are a parent or know children within your family and or friend group, then already I recommend Baby Wants Mama because this is the most darling book for children to read and if you do not believe me then I challenge you to read this book because you will soon be converted!
Baby Wants Mama is an incredible and beautifully quaint book that will follow an everyday family as they arrive home from a busy day. The reader will follow this family as they prepare for dinner together, everybody in the family wants something but they all agree on wanting dinner! The beautiful story is told wonderfully and I really adored how the plot is about everyday life, it means children will be able to relate to the story even more and the power of family.

Loewen throughout her book explores heartfelt topics and with the overall themes perfectly woven together, it makes Baby Wants Mama a mesmerizing read, and the result is a delightful book that all children should read. The story of Baby Wants Mama is rich and vivid with its beautiful illustrations that will captivate young readers’ minds.
Nancy Loewen is an exceptional author thanks to her impeccable story. I have loved and read Loewen’s previous book The Last Day of Kindergarten and this book is just as charming as her other book! Loewen’s story will dazzle and captivate young minds, so much so they will want the book re-read to them! And it makes for the perfect book to read as a family thanks to the wholesome, and sharing nature of the book.
As Baby Wants Mama is an entertaining and wholesome children’s book that all children and families together should read, I, of course, have to award this book a dazzling five stars!
