Throughout AYNI, there are many topics explored however the author Erin Lucero does a fantastic job of organizing her book wonderfully so that it is never too much or too confusing. Instead, Erin Lucero will perfectly guide you throughout your journey to improve your well-being, being a helpful hand along the way and that is something I really loved about AYNI!
