I loved how Villaire did this in The Stepford Employee Fallacy and decided to not only inform his readers but also open their eyes to the harsh realities of non-employee engagement, and the result of this was incredible.
In my review, I expressed briefly that Villaire’s text is never once confusing and this is undoubtedly true. In fact, Villaire’s writing is so easy to read and understand that even beginners will be able to read, understand and love the book because it applies to everybody with varying degrees of knowledge. The book can be read by those who have been in management for years or those who are just starting out, Villaire has ensured that all of his readers are accommodated for, and that to me is wonderful.
Jonathan D. Villaire has managed to accomplish the almost impossible… he has managed to write a business book that is not only informative and useful but also entertaining! I have to admit that I was surprised by just how enjoyable the book was; I believe this is thanks to Villaire’s easy to read, fluent writing style and his ability to keep his readers engaged from the start with the discussion of a new topic.
Overall The Stepford Employee Fallacy is a fascinating, useful and informative guide that everybody in business or starting out in business leadership should read because it will provide you with the tools necessary to grow and help your employees. As the book is genuinely brilliant and written flawlessly I, of course, have to award the book five stars!
