A strong theme of Christianity is laced throughout the book, and Kimberly Snell flawlessly explores this by weaving Yoga poses with Bible verses so that the reader can experience Yoga in an immersive and uplifting way which will bring readers feel closer to God and his greatness.
Not only is Kimberly Snell excellent for writing such a unique book that combines Yoga with Religion, but she is also fantastic thanks to her incredible knowledge and magnificent literature. As I read One Minute to Ama-Zen I was genuinely impressed by how well Kimberly Snell had managed to weave two subjects which I believe has never been done before. The way Kimberly Snell has organized her book is sensational and will inspire, delight and help readers from all walks of life. Kimberly Snell emphasizes in her book that Yoga is for everybody, from all walks of life and all ages and that through Yoga and meditation we will all be able to live a more fulfilling and happy life, and I love this message laced between the pages of this beautiful gem of a book.
