Express Exec is a stunning piece of literature that enthralled, entertained and enchanted me from the very first page thanks to the exceptional author of the novel, Gary Brose, and his phenomenal writing. As I read Express Exec, I found myself quickly compelled and this is because the author early on in the story develops his plot and characters which in turn make the reader invest in the story and will make readers fall in love with the events that unfold throughout it. Express Exec I believe is a piece of fiction that will captivate readers from all genres thanks to the many themes that are interwoven between the pages. If you are a reader who does not typically read business stories then I would still implore you to read this book because the novel has multiple themes so that every reader will be able to find one they enjoy and find a topic they can relate to and that is the beauty of Brose’s literature.
Express Exec is a unique novel, unlike anything I have come across before. The novel is fictional however there are many nonfiction components laced throughout the book which in turn makes it even more fascinating to read. The reader in the novel will be introduced to the world of business, and the reader will be introduced to the protagonist of the book, Andrea Lane, an ‘interim VP’ who has been tasked with making massive changes within a failing company.
The reader will follow Andrea as she navigates this tricky task while she also struggles with management and her employees. What follows is a fascinating insight into an intriguing workplace that will entertain and captivate readers for many hours on end!

Gary Brose is a talented and a well-accomplished author who has written an unforgettable novel that features heavily on its characters and themes. Brose’s characters are superb, and I think every reader will be able to find an attribute they like in them. They are believable, and their narratives jump right off the page and into the reader’s minds. This is another thing… Brose has managed to create a vivid picture in my mind of the settings he has established.
