Actualize Consulting learned firsthand that effective cultural change starts on a personal, individual level. They spent years building a strong foundation to improve corporate culture, and they now understand that happy employees lead to happy clients. As Managing Director of Human Resources and Operations for Actualize Consulting, author Kerry Alison Wekelo brings us a front-row seat perspective on her experiences, blending her corporate knowledge with her mindful wisdom.

Culture Infusion is an informative, useful and essential book for those in business and those who are in management. Culture Infusion is an outstanding book that is highly informative as well as engaging because even if you are not in some form of leadership, you will still find the book engaging thanks to the wealth of knowledge, research and the exceptional and positive attitude courtesy of the sensational author Kerry Alison Wekelo. Culture Infusion is an entertaining book, but you may be thinking “how can a book about business be entertaining?” and I would say that it is entertaining because Wekelo from start to finish keeps her readers hooked with her outlook on the topics explored in the book and the incredible, intriguing facts and passages she writes. That is why Culture Infusion is so much more than a guidebook on how to better manage and increase performance; it is instead a guidebook that will make you want to read and will charm you with Wekelo’s positive outlook and fantastic techniques and that is why I already have to recommend this gem of a book.

Culture Infusion is written by author Kerry Alison Wekelo who has many years of experience in management, and throughout Culture Infusion, Wekelo will share the techniques she used to help her team enjoy and love their job even when it gets tough and to improve corporate culture and motivate employees. Wekelo has written Culture Infusion so that she can draw from her experience and invigorate life into workplaces all over the world by presenting and sharing a new way of leading, thinking and working which will perfectly compliment every worker and make them feel fulfilled in their job.

Culture Infusion is a sensational book from an incredible author. Wekelo is clearly an educated and talented woman because Culture Infusion is an in-depth book full of a wealth of information that will astound and charm readers. Although Culture Infusion does have a lot of information laced between its pages, it is in no way ever confusing and too much. Instead, Wekelo perfectly combines facts with entertainment, and the result is a compelling, informative book that should not be missed!

In my review, I expressed briefly that Wekelo’s text is never once confusing and this is undoubtedly true. In fact, Wekelo’s writing is so easy to read and understand that even beginners will be able to read, understand and love the book because it applies to everybody with varying degrees of knowledge. The book can be read by those who have been in management for years or those who are just starting out, Wekelo has ensured that all of her readers are accommodated for, and that to me is wonderful.

Overall Culture Infusion is a fascinating, useful and informative guide that everybody in business or starting out in business leadership should read because it will provide you with the tools necessary to grow and help your employees. As the book is genuinely brilliant and written flawlessly I, of course, have to award the book five stars! So please, have a read of Culture Infusion and be informed as well as entertained!
